For local deliveries in Malta and Gozo
We send your orders via Maltapost Local Parcel.
Orders completed before 19:00 will be posted early morning next day. Local post takes 1-3 working days to arrive. According to our customers feedback, most of the parcels arrive next day after posting, but might be longer during the holidays ( usually within 5 days maximum)

Please note, that if postman does not find anyone at the house and the package is bigger than your postbox, he/she will leave a note about delivery in your mailbox and you can book re-delivery of the package or pick it up from the post office of your choice (you will need to book it over the telephone with Maltapost, number will be on the note).

For international deliveries
Currently we offer shipping to European countries only. Your order will be delivered by Maltapost within 10-14 days.

For local deliveries in Malta and Gozo:

•  For orders over €25.00 - FREE delivery!
      
• For orders under €25 there is a flat delivery charge of € 1

For international deliveries
Currently we offer shipping to European countries only. The cost of the shipping depends on the weight of the ordered items. Delivery rates start from € 1.6 for 100gr . You will see exact cost of shipping for your order during checkout, where it will be calculated based on the weight of the items.

Using your OldenWisdom.com discount coupon is very easy - just enter your Coupon code in the field on the checkout page. Here are detailed step-by-step instructions:

• Just add items you like to your shopping cart and when you are ready, proceed to checkout (your can do that by Clicking "Checkout" button on the page or on the top menu.
  You will be transferred to account login page. If you already have an account with us - login using your details, or if you don't have an account, simply create one by filing in provided form.
  
  
• Once you logged in to your account, on the first step of the checkout process you will be asked to provide delivery details (whether you want your order delivered or you want to pick it up yourself from the store)
  
• On the next step you will see total summary of your order and field where you can enter your discount coupon code (you will see that code on the coupon itself). Enter the coupon code and press "Redeem". The page will be refreshed and you total will be updated with the discounted amount.
  
  So if for example you have a 10% discount coupon, and your order total is Lm9.99, after application of the coupon code you will receive a deduction of Lm0.99 and your subtotal will be Lm8.99.
  Please note, discount does not apply to shipping charges, i.e. you receive a discount only on the total of the purchased items.
  

We have several types of coupons with different expiry dates and application times. Terms for each coupon are displayed on the coupon under the Coupon code.
If you are having difficulty with coupon terms, contact us quoting the coupon code and will be happy to provide you with details.

Gift Vouchers are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s). Once purchased the value of the Gift Voucher will be added to your own personal Gift Voucher Account. If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you will notice that the amount now shows in he Shopping Cart box, and also provides a link to a page where you can send the Gift Voucher to some one via email.

To send a Gift Voucher that you have purchased, you need to go to our Send Gift Voucher Page. You can find the link to this page in the Shopping Cart Box in the left hand column of each page. When you send a Gift Voucher, you need to specify the following:

• The name of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher to.
• The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher to.
• The amount you want to send. (Note you don't have to send the full amount that is in your Gift Voucher Account.)
• A short message which will appear in the email.

Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although you will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before the email is actually sent.

If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you can use those funds to purchase other items in our store. At the checkout stage, an extra box will appear. Clicking this box will apply those funds in your Gift Voucher Account. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Gift Voucher Account to cover the cost of your purchase. If you have more funds in your Gift Voucher Account than the total cost of your purchase the balance will be left in you Gift Voucher Account for the future.

If you receive a Gift Voucher by email it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Voucher, along with possibly a short message from them. The Email will also contain the Gift Voucher Number. It is probably a good idea to print out this email for future reference. You can now redeem the Gift Voucher in two ways.

1. By clicking on the link contained within the email for this express purpose. This will take you to the store's Redeem Voucher page. you will the be requested to create an account, before the Gift Voucher is validated and placed in your Gift Voucher Account ready for you to spend it on whatever you want.
2. During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method there will be a box to enter a Redeem Code. Enter the code here, and click the redeem button. The code will be validated and added to your Gift Voucher account. You Can then use the amount to purchase any item from our store
